The everlasting magic of cycling in the Royal

Updated: Oct 6, 2020

Royal National Park is a popular destination for cyclists. Its not to far from Sydney and you can find some relatively easy tracks. The park boasts a network of trails that are suitable for bicycle access.

The most popular cycle track is Lady Carrington Drive This undulating 3 metre wide track is 9.6km one way. A relatively easy ride, scenic and picturesque as it winds along the river.

Our guide Henrik loves to take guests along this route. He drips you off at the northern end then takes the car to the southern end so you don't have to retrace your steps. Enjoy a picnic or BBQ in one of the peaceful picnic spots along the way. You could have a chance encounter with an echidna or lyrebird as you ride through the ancient rainforests.
